In order to promote the exchange and discussion of researchers in network science and engineering and related fields in China, the 19th Chinese Conference on Complex Networks will be held in Guilin, Guangxi Province from November 3 to 05, 2023.

This academic conference plans to invite experts in network science and engineering and related fields. These experts will give keynote reports on the cutting-edge dynamics problems, and problems of complex systems and networks and related disciplines and industries.

The academic conference will be hosted by the Chinese Command and Control Society, organized by Guangxi Normal University and the Network Science and Engineering Committee of the Chinese Command and Control Society, and co-organized by the School of Electronic and Information Engineering of Guangxi Normal University, the Complex Networks and Complex Systems Special Committee of the Chinese Society of Industrial and Applied Mathematics, and the Guangxi Key Laboratory of Brain-like Computing and Intelligent Chips.

The organizing committee of the conference warmly looks forward to the participation of researchers from national network science and engineering and related fields, and meeting in Guilin to discuss the cutting-edge development of network science and engineering and related fields.
