Job Responsibilities:

1. In-depth understanding of business needs and pain points, complete algorithm design and implementation (including but not limited to data analysis mining models, complex network analysis algorithms, operations research optimization algorithms, recommendation algorithms), data processing, feature engineering, indicator design, model training and tuning, etc.;

2. Participate in and promote the design, research and development and launch of relevant big data application algorithms, including but not limited to complex network modeling and analysis, social user portraits, knowledge graphs, etc.;

3. Apply data analysis and mining, natural language processing and other technologies, combined with actual scenarios to build algorithm models for massive information, and provide comprehensive technologies.

Job requirements:

1. Master degree or above, computer science, mathematics, statistics or related disciplines;

2. Strong algorithm implementation ability and algorithm design and optimization experience: at least proficient in more than 3 related models and algorithms, including but not limited to boosting (GBDT, xgboost, Adabooting), decision-making, logistic regression, association rules, multiple linear regression, convolutional neural networks, LSTM, Bert and other algorithms; Capable of complex network modeling and computational analysis; Understand the basic principles of algorithms, and have various data analysis mining and algorithm application capabilities;

3. Familiar with common data science libraries Numpy, Scipy, Pandas, Matplotib, Scikit-Learn, NetworkX;

4. Familiar with at least one database such as MySQL and SQL Server, familiar with graph database is preferred;

5. Strong enthusiasm for applying the results of big data analysis to project development;

6. Good learning and research ability, good communication skills, able to communicate clearly with the team;

7. Have good self-drive and pressure resistance, good communication skills and teamwork spirit, certain organizational and coordination skills, and the following conditions are preferred: Rich algorithm background in one or more of the following fields: social network analysis and mining, user portrait, supply chain optimization, intelligent scoring recommendation, etc.
